Then I went to Bingo and the director announced a Sept event where if you bought in by noon you got 500 points.and I was like I bought in at 11 and no one mentioned this.so I went to the desk and Des immediately came and checked the glitch out and I was given a comp.I was beyond impressed with the way they took a situation where a guest could get annoyed and owned it and resolved it. The lady was super nice, nails looked great, and I had a nice time. She gave me a comp for dinner which was a seafood Buffett and extremely tasty! I had booked a manicure because the offer had a $35 comp that then wasn't there so I changed it to a cheaper express and had a nice time. Des at the reward desk was outstanding and professional and handled it well. Disappointing but I really had only gone once in the last year so I was surprised the offers were so great. Prairie Band sent me a lot of great offers and I had a day off so I decided why not? When I got there my offers that were in the app were not in their system.
